ALL music students grades 6-12 from the district are invited to join the Eden Prairie Eagles Marching Band for an exciting evening of learning and playing along with the 2023 marching band members and staff. This event is free to all, with a light dinner provided by the BPO. Students will get the chance to join one of our four sections (hornline, color guard, drumline, and front ensemble) for the evening to learn some basic skills, meet the members, and get pumped for next season! We will conclude the evening with dinner and observe the current marching band run a short rehearsal in the stadium, including a full run through of our 2023 production, "Terra Nova."

Schedule:

PARENTS:
6:00-7:00pm - Parent meeting (band room): Marching Arts at EPHS (marching band, indoor drumline, winter color guard). Parents are welcome to observe ExtravaBANDza after the meeting. 

STUDENTS:
6:00-7:30pm - Learn & play along with current staff and students
7:30-8:00pm - Light Dinner (provided) with current staff and students
8:00-9:00pm - Observe full band rehearsal + run through of "Terra Nova"
